You’ll work closely with our senior management across our Global Operations and Global Data teams to drive and facilitate the execution of complex projects. We’re looking for an energetic team player who can help foster a strong, cohesive project management team to emphasize a positive and collaborative setting that celebrates creativity and innovation.

Job Description

CROSS FUNCTIONAL PROJECT MANAGEMENT

As a key member of our project management team, you'll initiate, coordinate, and progress cross-functional projects within the Global-Supply-Chain area. From project initiation through project closure, you’ll monitor project health, track deliverables, and coordinate cross-organisational dependencies to help deliver company-wide results. You’ll assess project risks, anticipate challenges, and execute mitigation strategies while keeping stakeholders informed. You’ll proactively collaborate with stakeholders and team members to deliver outcomes using best practice implementation methodologies while considering the greater Red Bull portfolio context.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT METHODOLOGY

In this role, you'll use our global project management framework and tools to progress projects affecting the supply chain area and other programs across our global portfolios. You’ll manage upstream and downstream dependencies by partnering with operations, process development teams, and IT counterparts. You’ll use your change management skills to collaborate with team members and communicate project goals, key metrics, risk mitigation plans, and critical tasks to encourage stakeholder commitment toward successful program-wide changes.

WORKSHOPS & MEETINGS

You'll be called upon to prepare project and steering meetings for dedicated target groups (e.g. senior management, project contributors, business experts). You’ll engage stakeholders to operationalise new processes within our PMO framework and support change management initiatives between teams while maintaining peak communication. Your role will help the maximise adoption of planned changes and promote buy-in from stakeholders impacted by structural and system changes.

SEAMLESS PROJECT EXECUTION

As project manager you’ll promote cross-organisational collaboration to avoid silo’ed decision-making in order to define, design, and execute proposed solutions. You’ll ensure project goals and benefits are understood by leadership throughout every phase of the project while partnering with both team members and operational counterparts to identify and mitigate risks. You’ll initiate, review, and progress project requests across our supply chain activities to ensure the project is coordinated and successfully finished.

CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT - PM STANDARDS & PROCESSES

You'll promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning by highlighting opportunities for improvement. You’ll partner with your senior program manager and PMO team members to brainstorm practical improvements to PM methodologies, tool setup, and communication paths to benefit a dynamic, high-impact team.
